What it does
- Customers and their devices with serial numbers. Add from Contacts or import a spreadsheet.
- Check-in with a checklist, the device passcode, and the customer’s signature on a claim receipt.
- Tickets by status, with due dates, your own statuses, and your own order.
- Parts, labor, and payments, with estimates and invoices as PDFs to print or share.
- Counter sales, warranty claims, and a time clock with repair timers.
- Automatic backups to your iCloud Drive.
Your data
Customers, devices, tickets, payments, and signatures are stored on your iPhone. Backups are saved in the RepairTicket folder in your own iCloud Drive, or on the iPhone when iCloud Drive is off.
Nothing is sent to CA3DWorks, and CA3DWorks cannot see your shop’s records. Device passcodes are encrypted with a key kept only on your iPhone.
