1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to the policies described here. We are a small, individually owned maker shop specializing in custom 3D‑printed tools inspired by the silhouettes of pets.

2. Custom Orders & Pet Images

When you submit a photo of your pet, we use it solely to create your custom 3D‑printed model. Creating a silhouette model takes time and design work, which we provide without charging a separate custom‑modeling fee.

To keep our prices affordable, we reserve the right to reuse or sell the silhouette model created from your pet’s image as part of our product lineup.

If you prefer your pet’s model to remain exclusive and not be reused or sold, you must notify us at the time of your order. We will honor your request and keep your design private, a small design fee may apply.

3. Product Details

All items are 3D‑printed individually. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and part of the printing process. Dimensions may vary slightly due to printing tolerances and image constraints.

Our products are intended for everyday household use and are not toys.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required at the time of purchas We accept major online payment methods as provided during checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer:

• Local pickup in the North Kansas City (Parkville area), at the Too Doggone Cute storefront (or arranged outside handoff).

• Flat‑rate U.S. shipping of $6 for up to 10 items.

• Orders over 10 items may use standard weight‑based shipping.

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or holidays. Once an item is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier‑related delays or lost packages, but we will assist you in filing claims when possible.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will replace, or refund the item price depending on the situation. Shipping cost may not be refunded once paid to the carrier. 

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before item is printed. Once we start printing your item, cancellations may not be possible.

8. Privacy

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with anyone outside our shop. We do not send spam or unwanted marketing messages. See our full Privacy Policy for details.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, models, and product concepts on this site are the property of Carlos Andrade 3D Works. Customers may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our designs without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
